You explain how your content was created. Free, visible and without judgement.
Human AI LabelAI use itself does not destroy trust. Hiding it does, together with secrecy, invented sources and missing responsibility — transparency works instead.

Human AI LabelWe assess, using published criteria, how clearly a website documents its use of AI. Initial assessment €49, reassessment €39.
Human AI Transparency EUIdeas, selection, experience, creative decisions and personal responsibility are stated openly.
Research, wording, translation, image editing and technical implementation are described clearly.
Facts, quotations and the final publication have a clearly named human responsible for them.
The four levels belong together. ArcaNuova demonstrates voluntary use in creative content. Human AI Transparent explains the principle in plain language. Human AI Label makes the roles of humans and AI visible. Human AI Transparency develops the concept into a documentable standard for companies and institutions.
How the first ArcaNuova label began during a conversation over wine and why, in my view, its author was a patient at the table.
ArcaNuova seal: a voluntary practical example for private, creative and semi-professional content.
Human AI Transparent: a simple explanation of what came from the human, where AI helped and who verified the result.
Human AI Label: the visible labelling concept.

In brief: this is a documented transparency assessment, not an official certification or legal advice.
The assessment covers the publicly accessible website at the time of review and the documentation supplied by the applicant. Responsibility for content, statements, rights, implementation and legal duties remains with the website operator.
HUMAN AI TRANSPARENCY EU is not a public authority, accredited certification body or law firm. The report does not guarantee full legal compliance or a particular decision by authorities, courts, platforms or business partners.
Article 50 of the EU AI Act contains transparency duties for certain AI systems and AI-generated or manipulated content. Whether a duty applies depends on the specific role, system, content and purpose.
Data are retained only as needed for the application, assessment, evidence, billing, abuse prevention and legal retention duties. Permanent storage or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Applicants should keep their own copies.
The result describes one point in time. Material changes to content, AI use, responsibility or labelling may require reassessment. Expired, withdrawn or replaced assessments are marked accordingly.
Contact and billing data remain internal. Only information needed to verify the seal is published, such as domain, ID, status, date, validity, summary and linked transparency documentation.
Automated and AI-assisted checks can contain errors or omissions. Results are plausibility-checked, but complete accuracy cannot be guaranteed. External links and later changes are outside our control.
The seal may be used only for the assessed domain and validity period and must retain the link to the public assessment page. Misleading use can lead to withdrawal and a public status notice.
The snail knows no shortcuts. It takes its time and moves forward step by step. Come back in a week or two. Perhaps it will surprise you again.
This website applies its own transparency principle to itself. The concept, decisions and approval remain human; AI supports structure, wording, translation and technical implementation.
The percentages are a traceable self-assessment of work shares, not an official certification.
The operator defines the objectives, criteria, content and publication. AI is used as a tool. All content is reviewed and approved by a human.
